Expert Lathe Hand

Responsibilities:

Finish machine parts to specifications using lathes
Long shaft work is a plus
Able to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information
Capable of holding tight tolerances
Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, and other materials as needed
Determine proper feed and speed rates to achieve the required surface finish based on the material being used
Check accuracy of work against drawings and specifications
Keep area and equipment clean and organized

Qualifications and Requirements:

Prefer a minimum of 5 years experience, however would be willing to train the right candidate
Ability to hold tolerances up to .0005”
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail

6:00am – 2:30pm
Overtime Opportunities – as needed Monday through Friday 2:30-4:30pm and Saturday 6:00am – 11:00am

Manual Machinist

Responsibilities:

Machine parts to specifications using lathes, milling machines, grinders, keyseaters, and boring mills
Able to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information
Capable of holding tight tolerances
Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, and other materials as needed
Determine proper feed and speed rates to achieve the required surface finish based on the material being used
Check accuracy of work against drawings and specifications
Keep area and equipment clean and organized

TIG Welder/Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities:

TIG welding (GTAW) 300 and 400 series stainless steel
MIG (GMAW) welding steel weldments
Use oxygen acetylene torches and plasma cutting equipment
Able to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information
Check accuracy of work against drawings and specifications
Maintain equipment in plant
Various facilities maintenance-related duties, such as electrical, carpentry, and pneumatics work
Assist with assembly and disassembly of pumps
Keep area and equipment clean and organized

Qualifications and Requirements:

Extensive TIG welding experience
Strong mechanical abilities
Experience and knowledge in electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
